Explore John

Starting 11 may

Explore: John is for anyone who wants to ask their big questions about Christianity and wants to find out who Jesus really is.

The plan is simply to read through John’s account of Jesus life together slowly and see what the bible actually says about Jesus. We will read a small section together each week and leave plenty of room for asking any questions that come up.

We are going to meet every Thursday Morning and Evening this coming term, starting from the 11th May. The morning group will meet in the Saint James Centre (SL9 7DJ) with coffee from 9.30am finishing by about 11am. To begin with the evening group are going to meet at Gerrards Cross’s new craft beer shop, The Taps @ GX. They are kindly hosting us downstairs. We will drink a tasty beer and read John together from about 8-9.30pm.

My hope is that it will be a lovely and informal way of looking into who the Bible says that Jesus really was. No Bible knowledge is assumed or required! Everyone is welcome! No question is off limits! You won’t be made to read or pray out loud if you don’t want to! If you can’t make a session, it doesn’t matter, just come along the following week.

If you have any questions or are feeling nervous about coming, I’d love to speak to you. Just pop me an email with your number and I will be in touch. My email address is [email protected] or if you’d like to sign up, please use the links below.
