Alpha is for anyone who's curious.

During each session we will watch a short film followed by a discussion in small groups. Do watch this short trailer about Alpha.

The Alpha films are designed to engage people from all walks of life and inspire conversation. They explore the big issues of life and faith and unpack the basics of Christian belief, addressing questions like “Who is Jesus?”, “Why and how do we pray?” and “How does God guide us?”. The discussion time is an opportunity for people to respond to the film, hear from others, and contribute their own perspective in an honest, friendly and open environment. We don’t assume any background knowledge of or belief in Christianity and no question is out of bounds.

The first session looks at the question “Is there more to life than this?”. The weekly sessions will continue for the following 9 weeks but you don’t have to join in every week. Come to the first session and see what you think.

Starts Thursday 23 September
