Ukraine – Feb Update

This week we received this email from the Innes' in Moldova

Dear Saint James Church Family!

Thank you so much for your generous donation to the ministry with Ukrainians in Moldova and in Ukraine itself.

This is how your kind gift of money has been used recently:

We were able to pay for a generator to come by minibus from the UK to Moldova. I then drove this generator to Ukraine, where it is now powering a church in Mykolaiv.

We also had a large donation of Christian literature from the UK, and your donation covered the shipping costs by minibus to Moldova. I drove the material to Ukraine. It has now been distributed to hundreds of internally displaced refugees in Ukraine, who are hearing the Gospel proclaimed each week at a church outreach/food distribution.

At Christmas we bought presents the Ukrainian children who live at our church. Your donation enabled all the mums/ladies to each receive their own box of chocolates and a Bible.

A donation was made to Imago Dei Church, to contribute to the work that they do with dozens of refugees each and every week.

The remaining money covered the cost of bread that was given to 1,400 people in Odesa last Wednesday, all of whom heard the Gospel preached!

Thank you so much for such a generous gift. We praise God for your generosity. It has made a real difference here in Moldova, and in Ukraine.

In Him,

Graeme Innes

Here are some photos that show how your donations have been used.
