Dear Friends,

We hope you’re excited about the Saint James Weekend. It’s a precious opportunity for us to spend time away from our usual busy-ness, time in God’s word as we listen to Jesus and time together as we deepen our relationships. If you’ve been to Ashburnham Place before, you’ll know it’s a wonderful setting, with space to roam and beautiful surroundings to enjoy.

We’re privileged to have Vaughan Roberts with us this year, as our guest speaker. Vaughan is the Rector of St Ebbe’s Church in Oxford; he’s a regular conference speaker and the author of numerous books. He’ll bring a wealth of experience in church leadership and pastoral ministry as he opens up God’s word for us. There’ll be a fun-packed programme for our youth & children as well (expect campfires, games, swimming in the lake – and more!).

Whoever you are: young or old, newcomer or part-of-the-furniture, you’ll be made to feel welcome. So: book your place now and let’s pray that God will grow us in our walk with Jesus and strengthen us in our relationships with one another. We really hope you can join us.

With love in Christ

We don’t want cost to be an issue at all for anyone. So we’ve removed all financial barriers, and we won’t be charging for anyone coming. Please just book your place.

To fund the weekend, we are asking for donations from anyone who would like to support it (whether or not you can come). Please think about what you can contribute. Any monies left over will be designated to funding future Saint James Weekends, although the PCC will be able to redirect them for other purposes if deemed necessary.

For information on how to donate, please see below.
