Wondering which passage we’ll be preaching on this Sunday? Interested to know how we’re listening to Jesus at Saint James at the moment? You’ve come
The Saint James Weekend (this year, at home) is an opportunity for us to come together as one church, from across our three congregations for fellowship, teaching and fun. Our theme for the weekend is ‘The Joy of the Resurrection’ and we are privileged to have Matt Lloyd with us as our guest speaker.
Notice is given of our Annual Parochial Church Meeting and our Annual Parish Meeting. Documentation for the meeting will appear here.
Saint James touch rugby starts again on Tuesday 1 April. Anyone is welcome to join. We meet on West Common, Gerrards Cross for a 6.30pm start. This is a great way to get fit and have fun, whilst also playing non-contact rugby. You don’t have to have any experience and there is no skill level required.
Ahead of the APCM, scheduled for 28 Apr 2025, we will be carrying out a full renewal of the Electoral Roll. Please see the official notice below.
Saint James Gerrards Cross and Emmanuel Chesham invite you to Dangerous Camping! A weekend away for children in school years 3–6 (7–11 years) and their dads.
We’ll be opening up the Bible to look at what it means to belong to God’s people – and how our theology of church shapes our practice.
Do join us at our upcoming women’s breakfast, as we look at the wonderful encouragement of Jesus in Hebrews 2, with our guest speaker Kirsten Guthrie. Kirsten is the Associate Director of Women’s Ministry at the Proclamation Trust. We’ll also enjoy group discussion, sung worship, personal reflection and delicious food!
If you’re new to Saint James on a Sunday, we’d love to invite you to our upcoming SJ Welcome, an event we encourage all our newcomers to come to!
Have you explored the meaning of life and the claims made by Jesus in the Bible?
This Christmas we are continuing our partnership with Graeme and Bequi Innes in Moldova. Donations to the Saint James Christmas Appeal will be directed to churches in Ukraine who are working hard to take the good news of Jesus, as well as practical aid, to their local communities.
