This term we’ll be spending 7 weeks, during May and June, looking at the book of 1 Thessalonians together.  As Paul gives thanks for the Thessalonians faith he speaks of how they “turned to God from idols to serve the living and true Go, and to wait for his Son from heaven” 1 Thess 1:9-10, NIV
