Four
categories of responsibility / spiritual maturity

Different roles in PromiseLand require different levels of
Christian maturity. No matter whether you are just starting
out on the Christian journey or have been a follower of
Jesus for many years, there is a role for you in
PromiseLand. When you click on the "roles" pages you will
find a suggested spiritual maturity for each role as a
guideline (not a hard and fast rule!).
M1:
Seeker, limited amount of time per
week
Spiritual gifts and talents not yet established
No previous experience needed
Not necessarily member of our church
M2:
Limited amount of time per week
Knows his/her talents and spiritual gifts in a general
way
Some experience helpful
New/young in faith or close to faith
Not necessarily member of our church
M3:
Larger commitment time-wise
Knows his/her talents and spiritual gifts in a more
specific way
Specific experience and talents/skills
needed
Committed Christian, growing in faith (i.e.
accountable to a small group, etc.)
Member of our church
M4:
Fairly high time commitment
Talents and spiritual gifts have been tested and recognised
by the church
Specific experience and talents/skills
needed
Committed Christian with leadership

Knowledge of basic management skills is
